Trisha Pérez Kennealy

It’s never too late to create a second chapter and Trisha Pérez Kennealy has done just that. She had a successful career in the finance industry only to give it all up after 9/11 and follow her passion. Today, she is an innkeeper, a chef and culinary educator who shares her proud Puerto Rican culture and Jewish heritage to all of her guests.
“I always knew that I wanted to be an entrepreneur. My father was an entrepreneur…and so I went to Harvard Business School…I had been in commercial banking before I went to business school…and I learned a lot being in the finance industry. And it all prepared me to be an entrepreneur in hospitality.”

Vanessa Yakobson

“Never allow life’s challenges to stop you from reaching for the stars.” That is the mantra Vanessa Yakobson lives by. After battling and beating childhood cancer, Vanessa believes it gave her a new sense of drive and determination to chase all of her dreams. One of those dreams: Running her own business someday.

“I just had this deep sense of knowing that this was an experience that I was meant to go through. And that I would learn from it and come out the other side. Somehow at the age of 13. It came to me that it’s not what you’re faced with in life, but how you deal with it that matters.”

Andrea Isabelle Lucas

Andrea Isabelle Lucas was once a broke, single, teenage mom, a former stripper and a victim of domestic violence who relied on food stamps for groceries. Today she runs her own business that brings in millions of dollars a year. How’d she do it? She took ownership of her life.

“I think ultimately what it means is owning what it is that you really want for yourself, and then refusing to let anything stand in the way of going after the life that you really want to have.”

Luke Iorio

As a former CEO, now turned entrepreneur, Luke Iorio knew he was burned out. He went in search of what matters, and in the process, found himself.

“I just recognized that I had strayed far from what I considered to be the center of who I really was, and that I was going to do whatever I needed to to take that road back again…”

Luke left his role as CEO, and gave himself the space and clarity, he says, he needed to recreate his next chapter. His private coaching practice focuses on guiding men to live their best life.
